Why do I have to provide a credit card to ask a question?

A very frustrating process to ask a simple question. I inquired as to why I hadn't received a mug (15 points) when I'm at 18 points of referrals.

I was then was asked for a credit card. You asked for referrals, I gave them, no mug.

Why do you need a credit card for a gift?

Please send a mug.

Thank you!

User's recommendation: It's a great read; you may want to refer people. Don't expect interaction with customer service.

Agreed! Has anyone gotten anything, I am owed 5 incentives for referring friends and you can't reach anyone over the phone.

I did get a response from an email asking if the referral program was a scam.

And Abby reply and assured me it was not but has ghosted me ever since (3+ emails) asking where and how do I get my swag. Has anyone gotten any swag from them?
