I was a former resident of a Morgan Property Harbor Place Apartments Ft. Washinton MD I left my unit in good condition only normal wear and tear of the carpet after 2 years residing there. I left my apt Nov 13 , 2016 my move out date was Nov 14, 2016. I applied for an apartment back in December 2016. I didn't get approved and was told that I would receive my $150.00 holding fee if I wasn't approved. Well it's February 10th I have NOT received my money. A rep in the office told me it would take up to 30 days to receive it. After numerous phones calls and messages left - NO ONE returned my call. I'm a resident at willow lakes apartment I haven't been here a awhole year yet and the neighbor downstairs had made so many complaint bout noise she claim hear and I had meet with property manager and then she calls the police all the time like really I don't have company over anymore just make her happy.... This place *** suck , the manager as yet to return my calls and when I go to the office she is to busy to talk. I reported i have water over flow problem coming from the washing machines line. Would like to get it to your notice that the current property manager is head strong and a big lair. Half of the time what she tells are lies. We have upgraded our apt from one BHK to two BHK ... the new apartment is not ready .. I have lived at one of their maryland properties for a little over 4 years. In those 4 years maintance has not done much. They have only responded when ive called in an emergency. I have had things broken for years and have been told i have to pay for them to get fixed. A few things i have agreed to pay and they never fixed them after i paid. For the past two to three months a fire hazard has existed in my apartment at 18 Dowling Circle Apt A-3, Parville, MD 21234. Despite repeated attempts to have this resolved it has been resolved. My apartment complex recently switched to being managed by Morgan Properties, so this is the first time I've had to renew a lease with them. My old management gave me a rental concession as part of a special when I moved in, which would have gradually decreased each year I renewed. In September2016 a holiday (Labor Day) fell on the fifth-the last day to pay the rent. The weekend preceded Labor Day which fell on the fifth. I need to pay rent at the management office but it was closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
