No one answered the phone. We were eating at Founders on Saturday night this past week.
There is a manager working there who is male and about 40 years old. He looks like he emerged from the Goodfellas movie. The men's room toilet became clogged, sending sewage on the floor. When I went in to use the bathroom, the older hostess, in her 60s?, was struggling mopping the floor.
This guy ignored the situation. When I said to him, 'You're going to let an older woman mop the men's room?' he said, 'I'll try to find someone to handle it'. Instead of relieving her or stopping her, he casually walked away. Is he too good for this problem?
He should be fired for such disrespect to an older woman and long-time employee. Count us out for returning to eat where such a pompous *** is in your employ.

Parking Violation
Received parking violation after paying for parking. Unable to get on site given or to download pictures to show that we had payed.
Spoke with representative today who gave me email address to help rectify the situation. She was very kind and helpful.
Complaint
Well my wife and I were in lazy river and kids were kic king splashing us not in tube's and we got out out and spoke a to sue and she said nothing very disappointing...and we spent a lot of money there was 6 of us...

I park from 9 in the morning and pay for my park or by taking the parked link that is in this square, choosing parking lot 146 and paying until 6 in the afternoon

Had a blast while at the waterpark, but walk out to our car and see a parking ticket on our windshield. I followed all instructions posted when using park mobile in the lot we parked in.
Thought we were all set, so we went to enjoy ourselves. When i saw the ticket, was when i started attempting to reach someone via email. No response. I sent another, no response.
Then a fb message and received a response stating someone would be contacting me. I was never contacted. Time was running out before my payment for the ticket was due. Of course i was going to pay it.
I never received any communication despite multiple attempts at different sources of communication.
I believe i was wrongfully given this ticket and i have documentation of everything and my attempts at reaching out and being ignored. Extremely distasteful customer service.

Changing perks on senior passes we are upset about it and wound like to talk to a person about it not a recording.
Parking ticket
I brought my father to watch his grandson play in a soccer tournament this weekend and there were no handicap parking spaces at the lot close to the north end of the board walk. We parked in a regular spot but he used his handicap placard and we still received a $60 ticket.
Shame on Moreys pier during one of the busiest weekends for not allowing us to park in a regular spot for a free/handicap spot. Even the city of wildwood accepts handicap placards in regular spots free of charge.
Dont you, as a business make enough money. I have the ticket number and placard.

TERRIBLE customer service completely disregarded anything I had to say in my emails and their only answer was cant help No phone number to get in touch with anyone, just correspond through email hopefully I can speak to someone higher up when I get down there to let them know how horrendous their customer service is!!! 0 STARS!

I purchased $60.00 of tram car tickets couple months ago they sent me a confirmation of my purchased a while back and I erased it by mistake can you please send me that again.
P.S. My children are grown now but we have great memoirs of a lot of years at Moreys Piers
