SEAN KUBICEK is a joke!

Recently bought a house from SEAN KUBICEK. He personally bought the house and restored it, didn't advise any problems in the house. I am now almost 30k into fixing his mistakes. He is a liar, and now involved in a law suit. Do not use him. We paid 6k to not have a open house, and they still had a open house according to every single neighbor. Real estate is already sketchy, but this brings it to a diffrent level. Tried to resolve the isssues with Moreland and himself to get nothing, so had to resolve to a law suit. Do not use SEAN KUBICEK, he is a joke along with the Moreland.

Jenny Palmieri Moreland Properties

If you're seeking a realtor in Austin, Texas don't choose Jenny Palmieri with Moreland Properties. In our discovery we found she was basically lying about the transaction, then trying to make us bid higher on price. Realtors should help, support , and treat their clients and all parties to the transaction fairly as stated in the Texas code of ethics, and several articles found on TREC. Jenny Palmieri doesn't have the first clue on how to treat people correctly. if your a buyer seeking a realtor then look elsewhere. If you're a seller wanting to list your property with her please don't say we didn't warn you. Realtor Jenny Palmieri with Moreland Properties is a joke, mistreats people, discriminates and lies. Plenty of realtors to pick from in Austin, but if you're dealing with Jenny Palmieri in any transaction -----BEWARE people.

What a waste of time. We would never recommend MORELAND Properties to any of our friends, or family.

then again she works for Moreland Properties who by far are the biggest joke. More people should report this ***.
