Chinese Company Steals Your Money

I purchased two flashlights and chargers from a Chinese company and never got them. When I contacted them they claimed they had been returned by the post office. Since I have NEVER had this problem before even when ordering from Chinese firms I was skeptical, but agreed to have them resent. They NEVER sent the items and by that time the 90 day period was up so EBAY refused to help. Their system even refused to accept my complaint, so I sent a letter to them and never got any response. If this is not "customer non-service" I don't know what it is. This company is ripping off customers and EBAY does not care. They cannot say they do not know this kind of thing is happening all the time as there are numerous other complaints about non-delivery of paid for items on the internet complaint sites. In case EBAY does not understand this is criminal conduct and by letting it go on they are aiding and abetting criminals. However, it seems clear that all they care about is getting their fee and screw the customer or they would suspend these crooks from their site. GREED not morals or ethics obviously rules here!

Hong Kong Company More Things Steals Your Money

Back on August 4, 2012 I purchased two flashlights online via EBAY transactions 160755****17 &160718****565 from a company listed as More Things who are shown on EBAY as being located in Hong Kong. It has become apparent after numerous attempts via EMail to get them to deliver on these flashlights that they have no intention of doing so nor do they have any intention of refunding my money. At first they claimed the items were returned by the post office but as my PayPay address has been the same for years and no other companies in Hong Kong have ever had any problem in sending me items this was clearly a lie. While the amount of money ($25.20) involved is not great, the principle of not being ripped off is important to me. It seem clear that they are engaged in criminal fraud. EBay was absolutely no help in resolving this matter as they refused to even take a complaint since the seller had dragged out the process for months. This company is also listed under PayPal as Hot Energy Sales and shows an EMail address of HKsells@***.com and a phone number of 852 6302****. Bruce Davis Crossville, TN

Hello, Bruce.

I purchased two RTC's (Real Time Clock) module for an electronics project from this seller two days ago. (20/04/2013)

I will be sure to write back if I too am ripped off. I am a little concerned, although I only spent AU$4.76.
