False Advertising through Internet

One evening, I was flipping the channels and saw an advertisement about this "True Back" for people with back problems and so on... Anyways, I went and search the internet for the product, also read some reviews, so I thought I'll try. Just after Christmas, I went on the internet and ordered the product. It was then delivered on the 7th of January 2013. I read the instruction and played the DVD enclosed within the box. Then, later that day I tried to use the True Back. I waited and waited for at least 15 minutes as per instructions and DVD. Unfortunately, this True Back did not meet my expectations. the item did not do anything for my chronic back pain. Clearly it is a false advertising. The following business day, I rang the company that provides the service for me to pay the item without disclosing my other important details to the seller. I was told to file a dispute asap. The Seller stated on the internet the following claims:As advertised on the internet "90 Day Money Back GUARANTEE Your Pain Will Reduce Or Your Money Back! True Back is so good we don't just offer 30 days, it comes with a full product refund 90 day money back guarantee (minus shipping & handling). Remember, you can get your money back, with the True Back but you can't get back the precious time you lose to pain. Order now!!" I tried to email the seller but to no avail no answer. Where do I go from here?

Trueback returns

I ordered the Trueback, and because of a glitch in their website the c/o part of the address was omitted. The OTHER office at the address didn't recognize my name, so UPS returned it to Morcent. They refunded what I had paid, less shipping and handling. Eventually I reordered the device and this time I received it. It is very hard plastic and very uncomfortable - especially with a sore back, so I returned it. They sent my refund to the right address, again without the c/o so I never rec'd the check. I emailed them and after several months they re-issued the check. I was out about $45 for the first and 2nd S&H charges and the cost of returning it. My back didn't get any benefit from the product.

Beware of this merchant.

After completing the form to order this item on the web site, I decided not to process the purchase and instead clicked the "cancel" button. Despite this, the order was processed and shipped. Upon receiving the box, I phoned the company to explain he above and that I was going to refuse shipment of the item unopened. They stated I could not refuse shipment and that I must pay for return shipping of the item. In addition, they refused to refund the shipping charges for an item not ordered. I would recommend being quite cautious with this merchant, Morcent Import/Export.
