Poor service and customer care

To whom it may concern.

I am wanting to register an official complaint regarding products purchased through your New Your devision. On October 23rd 2023 I purchased parts to be shipped to me in Australia and was told the engine was in the warehouse ready to be sent, but was waiting on a full engine gasket set that was on back order.

I asked for the engine to be shipped straight away and the gasket kit to be sent straight to me in Australia when it arrived. Because I had already paid two separate freight costs. I was informed they would do that straight away.

I still hadnt received any tracking information four weeks later and contacted mopar NY again. Only to be told it was still sitting in the warehouse.

I was assured it would be sent straight away. After hearing nothing for another four weeks I contacted mopar NY again.

It was still sitting in the warehouse and the gasket kit was there and they would be sent together.

This is two months later around the 23rd of December 2023. I then questioned why I was being charged double shipping when it was being sent as one.

No reply.

I then tried to contact customer care to address the problems and was directed to a website in Mexico.

After another four weeks of frustration and dozens of emails being ignored and led up the garden path to no avail.

I have been informed there is no where I can send an email, to address my frustration. I find that hard to believe in this day and age.

If this is the best service Mopar can provide, it is totally unacceptable.

Bought an extended warranty from Mopar in 11/20/15 on my ram 2015 **** diesel 4x4 which i purchased on 8/05/15. They started my extended warranty on the truck, on the day I purchased the truck.

I complained, the two tongue woman, said this is normal. HS**T. Look up definition of extended warranty.

So my attorney will handle it from here. Dishonesty, deceit and fraud.

User's recommendation: Mopar- Extended warranties, they decieve you. Dodge and Mopar service agreements/extended warranties are junk....DO NOT BUY THEM.....

The service managers at AutoNation Chrysler Pembrooke pines Danny and Josh do not understand what customer service is all about you go there and they sit in their office and ignore you you called him on the phone and they will never pick up to talk to you I cannot believe the general manager at AutoNation Pembroke Pines has not gotten rid of those two clowns in the long run I’m sure it will cost him a lot of customers

Once they take your money your left on your own you have to come out of pocket for rental car dealer fees etc. etc.

etc. I’ve been with the warranty department and customer service for over a week they tell you they’re going to call you back they don’t you ask for managers supervisors cannot get anybody on the phone once again be careful and do your homework biggest bunch of crooks I’ve ever dealt with in my life no one that you can hold accountable not one person will take responsibility for what the other one does I cannot believe that I was dealing with $1 billion dollar company like Mopar it felt like I was dealing with a mom-and-pop store that did not care about the customer

Well finally after a month and two weeks I have my truck back autoNation Chrysler of Pembroke Pines Florida ripped me off I bought a factory warranty from Mopar they charge me $446 diagnostics fee just making all the consumers aware that if you buy a factory warranty from Mopar And the dealership wants to charge you 2hours of diagnostics fee the warranty does not cover pretty much once they have your truck they do whatever they want and there’s nothing that anybody can do about it not Mopar not Chrysler now fiat so consumers be where the insurance is a scam and auto nation of Pembrooke Pines Florida are the biggest crooks in the market they have the worst reputation in the industry I’m sorry I did not research before going there

My Dodge ram 2500 Lost all power my vehicle was towed to the nearest dealership AutoNation Dodge the customer service at the dealership has been terrible but also customer service from Mopar vehicle protection has been very bad I’ve called him several times I don’t get a response back And today as I was talking to the gentleman everybody else in the background was laughing about my situation like if it was one big joke I’m letting you know that I will never buy another extend the warranty from Dodge Mopar as long as I own a vehicle and this is probably the last dodge that I will ever buy

In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion with my earlier complaint regarding this company . I should have done more research, this company has a process when it comes to problems with an order which I overlooked and it appears they take their reviews seriously .

I was contacted by Steve Overby who runs the parts division of MoparAmerica who became aware of my problem and immediately took steps to right the issue. Not only did I receive the correct order but it was delivered over the weekend and in 3 days . With a response like this you can bet any future parts that I need will come from MoparAmerica .

Thank You MoparAmerica and Steve . Also thanks Bill for the extras .

MoparAmerica located at 950 Highway 66 South, Kernersville, North Carolina,27284. Appears to operate out of Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC..Placed order 11/1/2017, received on 11/8/2017 the order contained the incorrect bolt.

Spoke to associate on phone who said they would send out the correct order the next day. Received new order a few days later which contained a torn plastic bag and 3 incorrect bolts.

Contacted paypal and they refused to reverse the charge, it took them 30 days to reach that conclusion and because tracking showed it being delivered there was nothing they could do. Just a heads up doing business with this company and paypal will use tracking as an excuse to not reverse a charge.
