When I call customer service, I want to ralk to a representative, not an automated response. My issue wasn't resolved.

I was trying to place an order and was using 100 points for a free burger and it took my points and I never got to place the order because it told me that the coupon code was invalid. I thought the hundred points would go back, but it never did
Order incorrect
Order a bacon cheeseburger and a regular burger adding bacon , miss understanding on free fri coupon in app cause didn't realize you can't combine coupons the manger on duty was rude to employee over just a bad experience

They never responded to any of my emails or phone calls
Placed an order online. Arrived at the store at 7:30 PM and it was closed for a staff party. How am I going to get a refund?
