Resolved: Moose Toys' Customer Service for Strawberry Shortcake Dolls
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.
I'm sharing my experience with Moose Toys' customer service regarding the Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City dolls. I initially reached out with a specific question about the design process and inspiration behind these dolls and received a response.
I'm now following up by mailing a letter to their Toy Manufacturing Building in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which I've just put in my mailbox for the mail truck to pick up. I'm impressed with their customer service so far, and I'm writing this review to help others who may have similar questions or concerns about the dolls.

Need to know where to get ultimate *** gun refill. Just got one n kids were having a blast but running low on the scent bottles

No answer. Didn't get to order fog refills.
It should come with more than 2 small bottles. In the commercial, it shows blasting fog into faces, but you're not supposed to do that.

Same pack 4 times
Hello. I recently purchased 4 packs of the doorables technicolor at my local Walmart.
I have been collecting them for awhile now and am striving for the whole collection. However, to my surprise when I opened each one of the packages, they had all the same characters in them. I paid over $100 to get the same characters 4 times? That is absolutely ridiculous.
I am extremely upset that I feel as though I cannot trust the packages anymore because Im scared this may happen again.
I am even more upset that I used my hard earned money for these packs and in return, I received nothing. Please let me know if there is anything you can do.
