Pathetic customer service and very aggressive sales tactics

I contacted Moose Knuckles immediately after the order to cancel it. They officially tried to beat about the bush and said they had sent the cancellation request but it was not grunted.
I followed up on the next business days. Three days in they send me an email that the jacket is shipped. I believe by the looks of it that they are aggressively trying to stop any cancellations and sales. Maybe they are in some sort of trouble as this type of *** customer service is not acceptable from a luxury brand.
Btw, they dont allow returns for credit back to your method of payment. So that is out of the way.

I ordered from this store and it was THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.First They shipped with incomplete shipping details due to which Fed-ex, another poor company partnered with this poor brand never called me to confirm the correct details and the parcel expected delivery date keeps changing. On top of that to make things worse, they dont have any live chat, their support is of no use and they direct you to email, which obviously they would never respond.
The store has pretty terrible reviews and they dont even respond properly to customers, you can tell clearly that the brand is a big rip off for your hard earned money.
The wrost experience you can ever have Nd worst place to shop. I honestly regret choosing this.
I am buying Canada Goose instead, far better in quality and customer support. RIP MOOSE KNUCKLES.

I as a consumer want the best price possible and don’t want it inflated to pay for infrastructure/staffing to handle cancellations from indecisive buyers.
If you are limited by your stupidity of not being sure of a purchase or totally familiar with refund/return policies, that is at your peril/financial loss. Possibly in-store purchases are better suited for your needs.
