Have been totally ignored and not replied too.

We just visited your Liverpool Dale St branch, looking forward to breakfast. We ordered our coffees and breakfast, drinks arrived, then we waited nearly 40 minutes for our food.

Surely, the staff should have noticed us sitting there with no food as they passed by us enough times. Customers, who came in after us, were receiving their food before us. Upon complaining and asking where our food was, a lady said our order had not been put through, expressing casual apologies for the inconvenience. She couldn't care less, quickly clearing our coffee cups.

I told her it was disgusting and I wouldn't be returning to this branch.

I hope to hear a reply from you as soon as possible.
