Response to this anonymous post on the Pissed Consumer website regarding Moore National Facility Service. As the CEO of the company, it is important for me to address this erroneous claim and provide accurate information.
First and foremost, I want to assure you that Moore National Facility Service is a reputable and legitimate operation, Yes, we utilize a PO box in Hewlett, NY , However we have two physical offices in the United States of America , one located 115 S Corona Ave , Valley Stream NY 11580 and the other 103 Carnegie Center Drive , Princeton NJ 08540 , as well our newly opened in location in Ontario Canada.
While we do collaborate with third-party contractors for specific tasks, this is a common practice in the industry and allows us to provide specialized expertise for various aspects of our services.
We value the contributions of our contractors and maintain a professional relationship with them.
Regarding the claim that we withhold payment from contractors, I want to emphasize that it is not our policy to engage in such practices. A possible delay in payment could be attributed to unsatisfactory service, not submitting a signed workorder or before and after pictures.
If all of the above was executed by the contractor. Please contact me directly and I will address.
DwayneM@***.com . I am committed to resolving any outstanding payment matters and improving our processes to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

They hired me to reseal a toilet, promised same day payment, and never paid when the work was complete.
Preferred solution: Full payment for my work
User's recommendation: Contractor Beware
Contractors BEWARE!
Moore National Facility Service is, at best, a questionable operation... run out of a PO box in Hewlett, NY.
They claim to provide full service commercial building cleaning and maintenance services, who then hire third party contractors to actually perform the work.
At which point, they bill their customer and collect the money for the services rendered... but then hold back the money owed to the contractor who actually execute the work!
And by hold back, what I mean is... they don't pay you!
Net 45 will come and go. You'll hear all the excuses.
"Missing paperwork, accounting was out on vacation, already sent payment"... it's all BS. You'll end up having to hound them for MONTHS before you ever see a dime.
They're good at this con game too. After all, this is a full time business for them.
It's what they do. Scamming the folks that actually make it possible for them to have a job.
What a sorry existence.
If you're a contractor thinking about "joining their team"... you'd be best to run, not walk away from these thieves.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Contractors: STAY AWAY from Moore National Facility Service
