On 22 March I bought a pair of sandals on a website in Australia called MOORE MELBOURNE. The website presents itself as being Australian based.Free Shipping.Money Back Guarantee.

The sandals arrived and are about 2 sizes too big and look really cheap. I contacted them asking to return for a refund. They sent me the address to return them to ,at my cost. Instead of an Australian address,they expect me to send them to MOORE MELBOURNE,
No 123 Zhongshan Road, Shanghai,200000 CHINA.
If they had presented themselves honestly , I would never have bought from the site , knowing I would have to carry the cost of return postage,if the shoes didn't fit. It is unethical to falsely present your business as Australian based when this is not true.The sandals cost AU$99.95.
The postage cost to return them to Melbourne Australia would be
AU$15.00 but to send them to Shanghai would be 3 times that.
A lot of Australians have fallen fowl with this company.
The reviews are terrible. I regret not having reserched this dodgy site before I parted with my money.

On their terms of service, right after it says the customer assumes return shipping cost, it says “please note you are shipping the item back to our warehouse in China”.
