- - I marked the item as purchased to hold it, but it shows as already purchased.

I chose a gift and was not able to pay for it at the time, so I marked it as they suggested as purchased so I could return and buy it. The next day, I wanted to buy it but could not because it said it was already purchased.
Yet, it was me that put that in to hold it so no one else would buy it. I tried everything to buy it to no avail, and the company did not respond back.
I still want to buy the shorts for my granddaughter. How can I do that?
