I recently ordered a Mothers Day card for my wife, Angela Swift. I received the card but there was NO envelope for the card. Where is it? flowers and a card for Mothers Day and trusted you and my mum still hasnt got them to this day . On line chat says 40 mins . Five times weve tried this is utter rubbish Cant get through to you and you have ruined Mothers Day no flowers no card No contact 66666**** Spain please if you can contact us ASAP Brian wallis

Contents were still ok but the VERY SECIAL BOX from you had a GREAT BIG HOLE right across the writing I realise accidents with delivery people sometimes happen, but as your company specialise in Birthdays, a lot more care from whoever does your deliveries should be taken This has never happened before, and it rather spoiled the gift If I had your email address I could have sent you pictures, but this way not able I will add the numbers, not sure which required so will add all on label Plus Customer Ref delivery 2f832c0e-f1
