- - I bought a 100x160cm PVC table mat but received the wrong size and arrived crumpled.
- - I requested a refund but was offered a replacement; I want a full refund.
I brought a 100x160cm PVC table mat from them. But they sent me a wrong size and the mat was very crumpled when I receive.
I ask for refund but they insist to sent me a new one.
Even if they sent me a new one it will also be crumpled. So please ask them to do a full refund

If this is the company owned by gerry stringer im sure it sucks. the man is a rip off artist and accomplice to tiffin mats (google their reviews).
He belongs in jail. i wouldn't do business nor hire him as an employee anywhere. the man is a liar and i mean as in everyday all day. He has no business being in business.
the state of maryland should be ashamed of this rat. if he owns a trucking company it was probably to help his thief employer tiffin mats. these guys robbed me of $14K. Dont use him for any business or employment.
