Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had contacted customer service and they responded with a sincere apology and issued a gift card.

I didn't get a refund but I did get an apology and a gift card. I feel better now but I'm gonna take some time off from Mooncat just need a little space.

Plus I kinda spent too much money this year and it's not even July lol so we'll see how I feel in the fall or winter if I want to make another purchase.

If they release something super extraordinary that appeals to me I might buy it but it will depend on the individual shade, no more buying whole *** sets anymore... at least for this year lol I used the gift card to get back ups of the remaining shades in the Pretty Prehistoric set before they get discontinued.

I've been a mooncat polish collector for a couple years now and I was in the mooncat claw club for a while too, I had made several great posts in the past and many people have liked and interacted with my posts. Yesterday I wanted to make a post about possible future mooncat polishes.

(Which other people have done before) my idea was a pearl theme collection. My original post did include where I get my pearls from and the admin declined the post saying they do not accept advertisements so ok fair enough I guess. So I edited the post to not say where I get my pearls from and it only talked about mooncat and nail polish. Well not only did my post not get accepted but I got banned and blocked from the group.

No notification, no explanation, no warning, no reason. I am disabled, living on disability I am not a sales person, I do not sell pearls. The picture I included in my post was my picture I took of my pearl collection. I do not appreciate being banned on an accusation alone.

I'm hurt and offended, especially since I have spent so much money on mooncat. My top favorite nail polishes in my collection were mooncat polishes.
I am black diamond loyalty tier (That's the highest loyalty tier)
Maybe I should mention some shady business practices, snubbing customers on social media is one thing but when I was in the Facebook group way too many members posted about how their nail polish bottles arrived in the mail broken or spilled, and I myself had a few bottles come spilled or seemingly used prior to shipping.

They also edit the product photos on the website to make the polishes look more saturated in colour than they actually are. Plus the quality isn't the best considering how expensive these polishes are, they chip easily and I've even had a polish chip on the same day of application not due to user error either, I always use base coat and top coat to preserve the life of the polish and I rarely have my hands soaked in water and I don't do anything rough with my hands.
Now I look at my mooncat collection with sour feelings.
I want a refund and an apology.
