Very dissatisfied. Do not buy from this company.

A stone is already missing from a 1,600 piece of jewelry . They do not honor their 2 year warranty either .

This was purchased 12/201 shouldnt expire until 12/2023 . I have attached pictures of the ring with the missing stone and their response to my email.

I placed an order for over $200 worth of merchandise and am still waiting. I was told the package has been shipped but it has not and I cannot get anyone to help. Very frustrating.

Stone fell out twice. The matching band for my ring tarnished just sitting in the box, never worn.

The 2 rings never fit together right even though it was a set. .

The only solution offered after 30 days is getting a discount on new rings. Why would I buy more shoddy product

I have been trying to return a necklace and they wont respond to any of my emails, I checked my spam folder too. they also dont have a phone number.

Poor customer service. Not bbb acredited.

I bought earrings for a Christmas gift. After only one day, my friend was complaining that they hurt her ears badly (like cheap earrings do).

I called customer service and was told my deadline to return was over. I reminded them that I bought it for a Christmas gift, and they have an extended return window for Christmas purchases. I bought it in mid October (I'm an early Christmas gift buyer), but they then told me their Christmas window didn't apply to me cause I bought it 2 weeks before the Nov 2 window started. 2 weeks!

They wouldn't replace it or return it. I expected more from an expensive company. I paid good money and now have expensive earrings nobody can wear.

They said the only thing they would offer me would be 50 percent off a NEW pair! So disappointed.

Not one but two rings broke easily after two

Months. Do not buy unless you want to be disappointed. The most terrible retail experience weve had.

You tell me. I ordered earrings, paid 110 dollars and the box was delivered sealed but empty. I am not happy.

I ordered from this company and aside from the order taking extremely long, there was no tracking number or a way of communicating with anyone. They also delete comments from customers who speak the truth about their dissatisfaction from their social media.

I received the ring about over a month later, I was extremely disappointed! The ring looked nothing like the one on their page. The Aquamarine has blue specks in it (If you zoom in, you'll see them). As if its painted plastic or glass.

They claim to sell authentic crystal jewelry however, that is not what I received. They refuse to refund me back my money. I spent $85! If you search them up you will find so many complaints from them.

So many customers as myself who have also been victims of receiving fake, cheap products from them. This company is a scam!

Update April 3, 2020:

Moon Magic has responded only to repeat that there is no recourse because the 30 day warranty period has passed. They have not responded to our claim and supporting photos showing that the actual item was not as represented on their website, or that because the gift was shipped to the person we bought it for, half of the warranty period had already passed upon receipt.

We’ve contemplated a fraud claim through our credit card company, but have not proceeded yet.

We purchased a ring from Moon Magic for our grandchildren to give to their mother for Christmas, and it was not at all as pictured on Moon Magic's website. As you can see from the pictures, the ring received was much lighter weight in all aspects, much lighter gauge, than that pictured. It very quickly became misshapen and the stone fell out. Moon Magic's Khristina simply pointed to their returns policy of 30 days and was not at all influenced by the fact that the ring received is of vastly inferior quality than that pictured on their website. Nor did Khristina seem to care that our daughter and her family live in another city and that we never saw the ring. A return and refund were refused. We suggest you exercise great caution when ordering from this website.
