Resolved: No refund label given for refund

- - There is a 14-day refund window, but no return label means I cannot send it back.
I was able to get the return label and send the item back. Reach out to customer service.
Update: the company has reached out and said they are experiencing issues but will send me a label once resolved. Apparently there was an issue with the website.
No one is answering my emails or calls regarding a refund label to send back my product. There is a window of 14 days to refund a product, but if no return label is given, then I cannot send them back. This is unacceptable and has been an awful experience.

Received and empty box just hard cotton no boits
They seen I didn't receive product an just holding on to my money wont email me back if I paid for item didn't receive it who's fault not mine.
