Scam site, avoid at all costs
They have parts they do not stock listed for sale, even though they know they do not have them. When you attempt to get a refund, they refuse to process it in a timely manner, then laugh when you ask if there's any way it could be faster. A bunch of ghetto pieces of trash working at this scam of a site.

Ordered complete tie rod set for my truck. 15000 miles later tie rods have worn out and are popping when turning of steering wheel.
Actually slips when turning right. Try to get a replacement set, and I am told that I need to send a video of this taking place. Well I use my truck for work, so I had already removed the tie rod set and replaced with a cheaper temporary set, so I could replace with warranty parts.
Well, to my surprise, they want me to send parts, so they can test and come up with their own opinion. Never by from this place again, and I have told and will tell from here on out to stay away from Moog-Suspension-Parts!

Package got damage and never got to me ups said
Order lower control arms for honda ups end up losing one of them so moog sent out another set great job moog too bad both side was passenger side.a set is a driver side and a passenger side .not 2 passenger sides

I need to talk to somebody about a kit to rebuild the front end of my pickup truck at a decent price instead of me buying it piece-by-piece I know you guys offer it as a whole kit but I cannot find it on your website I need a call back 239-789-**** I do not email back and forth I talk on a phone it's quicker my way

Terrible customer service. Part number listed for my truck did not fit.
They basically said sucks for you sorry. They refused to help me out at all other than saying sorry for you.
