Verified Reviewer |To clairfy the sharing process and confirm validity of tickets
- - This helps with solving ticket sharing and receipt confirmation.
- - Instructions are unclear and not intuitive; wallet guidance is vague.
Good advice on solving the issue (ticket sharing process and confirmation of receipt and authenticity). It was simple after a fairly involved inquiry, but Tix's standard "instructions" are unclear, not especially intuitive (logical and informative) for the recipient.
Their explanation of where to find "shared" tickets ("they will appear in your Wallet! Oh yeah?
What wallet is that and how do I access it? The available information is "slim".
User's recommendation: Make sure to call for help early, and carefully read the somewhat confusing instructions provided (especially for the recipient of the shared tickets.

Verified Reviewer |A business associate got two tickets...
- - Shared George Strait tickets for Austin show, Section 124, Row L, Seats 7 & 8.
- - There is only a gray area where the QR code should be on both tickets.
A business associate got two tickets (my wife and me) for tonight's George Strait concert in Austin, Texas (Moody Events Center); and, he "shared them" with me via an email with the link to locate our tickets in our "Wallet". When doing so, I get a screen with the name, date, and time for the event at the top.
Then there are designations of our row and seat numbers; A notice that I (michael@***.com) accepted the shared tickets.
Finally there is a "gray area" where I guess I expected to see a QR Code.
But there is only the gray shaded area on both tickets. i AM CONCERNED.
Is there a problem, or will the tickets as I've described them be appropriate for admission. If not, please advise .
The share was from Mr.
D. Foster, and our seats are Section 124, Row L, Seats 7 & 8.
Thank you,
Michael Scates
User's recommendation: instructions on sharing are not clear. In fact they are non-existent except to say that you click on the provided link to your "wallet", where they are available for you. The link reflects that you "accepted" the share, and gives you section, row, and seat numbers, but is very "unofficial" in appearance and has no QR code (which I expected to see). So if you share, or receive a share make sure you understand and that your share recipient understands the procedure and how it appears visually.

As long as the sender used the “Transfer” or “Send” option on their Tix account it should show up. If they simply forwarded the email they received it will not.
