The first answer the Customer Agent gave me "it depends on how you take care of the grill!" Sent me a link to make a complaint filled it out and send two photos with the complaint.
Monument Grills send me a response to my comment"Thank you for your order!"l called Monument Grills again no complaint form, no photos were received, and the agent told me this form was my order! And l was told again when l asked is this normal the heat tents rusting so fast," it depends on how you take care of the grill!" Will never buy another product from this company!

I bought a 6 burner Denali Grill with Temperature monitoring control and Sear side grill all Stainless with nice large window. I put the wiring together wrong.
They had my problem fixed in minutes. They did not try to rush me.
They even had me send photo by text of my wiring and they new immediately what was wrong! They also sent me a video and I could send where I made the mistakes!
