Je souhaite porter plainte concernant le comportement inacceptable dune employée du Duty Free à laéroport Montréal-Trudeau (YUL).
Lors de ma visite le 23 decembre 2025, vers 13h30, au magasin duty free cosmetique de l'aéroport YUL - section des produits Khiels, jai été confrontée à une employée au comportement déplacé, impoli et non professionnel. Son attitude manquait clairement de respect, tant dans son ton que dans sa manière de sadresser à moi, ce qui a rendu lexpérience désagréable et indigne du niveau de service attendu dans un commerce de votre réputation.
En tant que cliente, je mattends à être traitée avec courtoisie et respect. Ce type de comportement (me crier dessus) nuit non seulement à limage de votre établissement, mais aussi à lexpérience globale des voyageurs.
Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir examiner cette situation et de prendre les mesures appropriées afin que ce genre dincident ne se reproduise plus.
