I recently purchased a magnetic sorting activity. A lot of the balls are jammed in one space when it arrived.
I am trying to contact someone as to how to handle this situation.
Can someone please advise me we have tried to shake them loose, but nothing seems to work. I do not want to pay shipping to return something that is not right to begin with.

It was horrific. There is no number to call and they never responded to emails and messages. There is no customer service!
You confirmed my order and stated it was shipped on December 3rd. You promised delivery within five to eight days. On 12/11 you emailed me to confirm my order was out for delivery. That was untrue!
I used the tracking number NSS313335****29290**** which has indicated two attempts to deliver my order, one at 4:59 am on the 12th and the second attempt at 4:59 on the 14th. These claims are patently false as I have a security camera at my front door and the footage is stored on my computer. That footage confirms no attempts were made to deliver your product. You are careful to not give information for the purchase to determine precisely who is making the delivery, so I can't contact them.
By the way, who delivers at 4:59 in the morning and how is it that the both supposed delivery attempts occurred at the exact same time. This does not pass the sniff test. As well, you have made no attempt to answer my previous emails and Facebook messages concerning this matter. This does not pass the sniff test either!

If you continue to refuse to communicate with me I will file with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General's (OAG) Consumer Protection Division.
I contacted them yesterday and I was assured they pursue online retail fraud aggressively. Why can't you respond?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The item was sent again and came weeks later.
Still took forever but it came.
They need a number to call and actually return emails. After 4 weeks or more of no response from them I contacted you.

Never received my order. No phone number listed to call. Only an email. They were slow to answer and no follow though.
Because they do not have a public phone number I am at the mercy of them emailing me back. I have been to the post office twice.
No package.
Now I have to call my credit card company and do a charge back. I have too much time invested in this poorly run company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Plus sent the replacement but after Christmas. Order 2 months before you need it.
Christmas gifts never arrived. I ordered end of November. No way to get in touch--emails ignored.

I want a refund but I get only automated emails about being in transit. Not one word about issuing my refund.

Order number 309493 was ordered on December 1, and it is for Christmas gifts for my grandkids. Where is it? I am getting very nervous and will pretty soon have to go to social media and start complaining (you don't want that!)

Ive tried for 2 days to contact this company through email (a phone number Id not available) to inquire about making a return. I have received no response in 48 hours.
Order not received
I placed an order on January 26 for gift for my Grandson on Valentine's Day February 14th and it never arrived. My first email to them was about February 8th.
I was informed basically not to worry as the tracking was normal. As of February 12th the item was frozen in transit and has not moved. I send another 3 emails with no response. My last two were asking for an update and a removal of the charge since it did not arrive on or before Valentines Day.
Today February 17th I opened a dispute with American Express. Additionally, there is no customer service phone number.
