I replied for this job on Craigslist Recruiter Trainee for a Company that goes by Monte Staffing, Monte World Wide Staffing and MWWS MWWS is looking for either part-time or full-time professionals to train in the recruiting industry. You will be trained in how to professionally recruit applicants for jobs using state of the art recruiting and social media tools. Stay at home moms and college students are encouraged to apply. This position offers flexible work schedules. Earnings average from $500.00 to $1500.00 per commission sale. Yearly income between $35,000 to $100,000.00 commission. Email your resume to get in on the next training class starting next week. I had 3 possible recruits in a month using the "passive recruiting approach" (posting on job boards) and was terminated because I refused to use the "aggressive recruiting approach" sending people worms and bots to get their personal information. I was not paid for my work :( Less than 5 percent of the people who send these people their resume get interviewed by a real company.

I worked for this company and trust me its not worth it. I only got one pay check AFTER the person I recruited got hired and retained the job AFTER 90 DAYS!
And even then I had to hound the CEO for him to mail me my check!
This is a commission based only job and I don't recommend that you do this UNLESS you want to learn and get experience in HR and HR Recruiting. I was working from sun up to sundown with NOTHING to show for it.
@ Terminated with cause my $173.00 residential phone bill from March 22 through April 21 for less than 30 days of work during that cycle( contract ended 4/12) does NOT AT ALL indicate no work was done. My phone bill is usually $46.00 per month. I printed the resumes to back up every call that was made....before you sent the bug to my computer.
MWWS IS A GREAT COMPANY! YOU CAN CONSTANTLY GET SCREWED WITHOUT THE RISK OF GETTING PREGNANT. :zzz

This contractor was terminated for not working. She is disgruntled and will be sued for falsely slandering our company name.
These are false statements by a former employees. Our company attorney is handleing this. The employees has lied and we have taken legal action to have this stopped.
