Got word today when they are suppose to be helping customers that they once again approved a hike for northwestern when desperate people were there begging not to cause its hurting people bad i went threw this last year i know i didnt use what they say but not once did anyone contact me but tina from PSC how can you people allow this i seen complaints last year you were paid for that decision how can you say your for the people
