I ordered product over 2 weeks ago. Received three emails.
One stating that the product had been shipped to Montana. The other that had shipped to my address in Glendale Az. So far no product. No number to contact Monster Hair.
And have emailed an Alex with no return email. Today they said product was delivered. I still dont have it. Its almost 50.00.
Im so sorry i trusted this incompetent company. They are horrible. Next call is to Better Business Bureau. Im out the money no pruduct.
Im going to report them to every agency possible. Also to the News.

Beware of this website. I placed an order for close to $100 in hair product.
My credit card was Processed promptly. The receipt I received indicated I could expect shipment in 5-10 days. On day 11 when I had heard nothing I sent them an email. No response.
Several days later I sent another email. No response. Then I received notice my order had shipped. After waiting another 8 days for the shipment to arrive I sent another email.
Again, no response. This cycle has been happening for well over a month at this point. Still no product and no response.
My credit card company is now in the process of trying to reclaim my payment. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is!
