Not careful and not well prepared

Quincy to Weymouth. Needless to say my experience wasn't as cheery as others. Setting up with Bill was very easy and straight forward. $141 per hour, two man and a truck. Minimum 4 hours. The other company in Quincy couldn't even get my email right. I was kind of surprised about getting only 2 men to move 2-bedroom worth of the stuff. The guys got on time with pre-call. Seemed to be proffesional and friendly. Helped me with non-related to moving issue of bringing landlord's washer back to the unit. Despite the fact they were not warned about my personal washer and not having right equipment they cracked on. Warning #1. Washer end up being transported on it's back and as a result some plastic parts in the back got crashed. Warning #2. They never wrapped my upholstered chairs which end up with dirt stains. No biggie right? As long as nothing is broken. Wrong, they failed to mention that they dropped my coffee table that looks like an old leather trunk. I discovered the damage when the lid popped up and wouldn't close because it shifted from the impact. It took them 8.5 hours to move 2-bedroom apartment costing me around $1200 in the plus tip. I am not claiming that it end up expensive or taking way too long. I do not know the average. I only want to say is if you hire this company be aware of what happened to me. Will I hire them again? No.

TERRIBLE!! MONSTER MOVERS 440 Washington Street Weymouth, MA 02188

WILL NOT CONTACT ME BACK ABOUT A DAMAGED PIECE OF FURNITURE! I had them move my business 1.2 miles down the street in Hanover, ma MARCH 28th 2016. I noticed that they damaged a door on a storage cabinet a day after the move. I called and e-mailed them pictures. IN A NUTSHELL....I spoke to 2 different people who both said they would look into it AND call me back... I resent the pictures of my damages twice. I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK! Also, I was told that I would NOT be charged a travel fee and I was! What can I do? THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL NOT RESPOND!
