I ordered 5 shirts, 2 patches and a packet of over-priced safety pins. The order took 3 months to ship, and they never responded to my emails or Facebook messages.

Finally my order arrives, and they forgot both patches and safety pins, which has a value of around $30. I contact them on Facebook, they eventually respond and ask what items were missing, I named the three items missing and then never got a response. It is now 2 years later and still no response, no items, no refunds.

The 5 shirts I did receive (I order Medium for all) came as 3 small, 1 medium and 1 large. So unprofessional.

I ordered $100 worth of products from back in November of 2012 - it's now July of 2016 FOUR *** YEARS LATER and still nothing. I sent out emails and waited patiently but never even got one response.worst.company.ever.

Ordered something in December 2013, it is now end of January 2016 and I still never got anything. Staff always replied to my emails promptly and politely and also kept me in the "loop" but they seem to just *** me around.

this place sucks, never order from them ever.

thieves. They have recently started back up again claiming to have fixed all previous problems and got everyone with missing orders taken care but obviously that is completely and utter ***.

I ordered $80 worth of shirts in July of 2014 after seeing some designs I liked out at Warped but them not having my size. It is now almost November 2015 and I have yet to see my order, much less receive an answer to the multiple emails, DMs and complaints I've made asking where my order is.

They took the time to "like" an Instagram post I made deriding their poor customer service, yet have not bothered to answer any queries about my order. Do yourself a favor, order from Blackcraft Cult.

Their order process is speedy, their customer service is excellent and the quality of goods is outstanding. That's how you run a successful company.

I ordered $80 of merchandise from Monster Aesthetics in November 2014. Never received an email about a delay and I never received the items!!

Come on. Really?! Totally disgusted. You can't even let me know what happened?

I want the merchandise or the refund. How can you run a business like this? I see there is a new website up and running. I left a comment there re.

contacting me. I haven't heard anything at this point. Contacting someone re. a delay or problem is just good business.

I want an answer!!!

Ordered a shirt a hear ago.. Never got it.

Tried to cancel the order through the company... Nothing. Ordered another shirt two weeks ago.. Didnt fuxking get it yet.

This os why blackcraft blows this *** out of the water and got huge.

Ordered a shirt from them got it two days later. *** this company probly some *** junkie.

I ordered a shirt, paid $35 ish dollars, waited with anticipation... and I waited and waited.

I have attempted to contact them several times with no reply. Now the links on their website no longer link to anything. I tried facebook msgs- they've never been "seen".

Order placed in June of 2014. It's now Feb 2015.

Guess I can kiss my money goodbye. Maybe I'll figure out a way to get it back. I would not trust them again, nor should you!

I love to shop online, but have never encountered such irresponsibility and disregard for people's hard earned cash.

Same thing as the other reviews. I ordered from monster aesthetics over two months ago and received no tracking number, no response to emails, no nothing.

I had to contact my bank to dispute the order so hopefully I can get my money back.

Stay away from this company unless you just love donating $ to this company. Stick with real occult apparel.

Very upset with this company.. Ordered from the website a month ago and still have not received neither shipping information or receipt of my order...

But they sure were quick to take my money from paypal... I emailed them several times and have got no response.. I do not recommend this company at all. Just another scam company..

I am still trying to get in contact with someone but they obviously are not concerned with their customers.. I have ordered from overseas and received items in two weeks..not sure why this company has taken a month and hasn't even shipped it yet..

I made an order back in December 2012. It is now April 2013. Apparently my order was sent out in February (Two months to send out a few shirts? Already trouble from the start) and I never ended up receiving it. I e-mailed them in March and they helped me out telling me my tracking number and got in touch with Canada Post thinking everything was going good because they were going to start an investigation on the missing package.

Then today, a month later, I call Canada Post and they told me Monster Aesthetics have not been replying to their emails or phone calls and because they didn't reply the investigation was closed.

I have had my last straw with these people. I put my full trust in BOTH Monster Aesthetics and Canada Post just to get *** in the end.

DO NOT BUY FROM MONSTER AESTHETICS unless you want to get ripped off and receive poor service.

It was just ongoing trouble from them from the start and I am counting on a full refund or else they won't know what is coming to them.

They are amateurs and have no idea how to run a business and solve a problem.

I am beyond pissed.
