The above order has not been delivered to me. There was an issue with the delivery address and both the Post Office and Envri sent me details on the 2nd and 3rd of July saying the orders have been sent back to yourselves.
Can you please locate this delivery and either reimburse me or send me the goods at the correct address. Please advise by return what is happening, bearing in mind this has never happened before

I did not received order confirmation email
I ordered from your site, the amount have been deducted 2 times without any confirmation email and still no refund, i called the team and they told me that my order is rejected as they dont deal with Aramex and the refund will be after 10 days, i will be waiting for the refund.
Appreciate your cooperation in this issue.
