Very hard to reach customer service.

I was told I would get reimbursed for my alignment that I had to go have done somewhere else.

I still have not received this check! Tire warehouse on Manchester Street in Concord, New Hampshire. I had three sets of tires put on by them within an alignment within time. December 2024 to September 2025.

Tires wore out after 13,000 miles and 9000 miles due to the alignment they did. So this last set of third tires I went someplace else for the alignment and they were supposed to pay me back! Well never go back to Tire warehouse again.!!! They replaced the tires of course no costs.

Why should they charge for them when it was their fault with the alignment. But they need to hire people that know what theyre doing.

I called the corporate office and they were as rude as the shop all they offered me was to call Gropoon and ask them for a refund

This place is terribly managed. The customer service is awful and practically nonexistent, and the person in charge is incredibly rude and unhelpful.

It's a disgrace to the profession. A young woman who came for an oil change was told she needed a whole new exhaust system, only to be later told that the repair wasn't urgent. This place should be avoided at all costs.

I wouldn't trust them with my car. They are disorganized and unprofessional.

Don't trust them to do anything right

I had a schedule appointment at 8 am but someone at this store change it to 10:30 am without are consent and then to tell me that there are just going to look at after we told them to replace are front struts & alignment. I do not recommend this company, I filed a corporate complaint about there service.

This company does what it wants to do with their customer cars and there appointment without any care how my affect there customer and this company only has one mechanic on duty at any time so don't waste your time with this fly by night company. No work proud or ethics etc. If you can't leave your car for a week, then not come to this company. I wonder how much this company paid for those FAKE 5 stars reviews.

(We were told 3 different stories, and we called to confirm our appointment was at 8 am and WAS told it was at 8 am). HEY CHRIS, we called and Were LIED to by your Stay away service manager that the appointment was at 8 am and Only front end work to be done. Going to file with the BBB about your store. Stay away from this company, you can't call to change your repair order after you request service from this shady company.

We called and changed the work order and were told that it was changed in the computer and that was a lie. I hope you go out of business with ALL of your shady work your company does.

Don't take any handicap vehicles here, they will damage your vehicle and not CARE about it. They are lazy, uneducated on anything they work on they cause more damage than they fix's check out the reviews I wish I did you have been warned

Preferred solution: Warning people to stay away and not to be rip off
