Unfair game
Game is fun however the game rolls and everything is pre determined meaning monopoly go controls your board the game is rigged they make it impossible to get the stickers you need to complete your sets I personally have been gold locked for weeks and they give nothing but duplicates the community chest is predetermined and only opens when they allow it the partner events they do unless you have thousands and thousands of dice its impossible to complete even with a partner 40000 points is a lot and when the wheel is set to land on the lowest possible points they take your dice and you get not much in return the rolls are predetermined and they stop it every thing about this game is unfair use to be fun now its just frustrating its all about them trying to force you to pay money to play

MonopolyGO contacted me and said that tester user app is responsible for the scam and not them, even though tester app is using MonopolyGO. To the person that responded and called me an idiot, ohhh no man, that’s your momma
I went and downloaded tester app like it said and played three games and didnt get anything for all my hours. MonopolyGO says its not them doing so its all on me. They need to do better

I have 2 account with monopoly game and some how the system messed up and wiped out all my game process. I been asked for help but it is more than 2 week already and no help.
I am so frustrated.
I spent a lots of money in the game and their customers service is beyond horrible . I been told to do this do that and ended up I lost all my game.
Preferred solution: Refund for what I been lost in the game and get back to my game process. My net worth it was over 23k . Monopoly only resolved through the text messages I need to talk to some one in person over the phone to resolve the issue not 1 is 2 .

I have spent hundreds of dollars on the game and found out that everything is predetermined. They allow people to cheat using airplane mode and refuse to refund my money.
I am tempted to contact a lawyer unless someone gives me a refund on my purchases and deletes my account.
Scopely needs to be sued for everything they have. This is the worst excuse for a company and they have horrendous customer service, if you can even call it that.

Worst customer service, game constantly crashes, and trying to talk with customer service is a complete joke!! They attempt to compensate for the errors but their compensation is more of insult then anything at all. They close out tickets before actually fixing the issue.

My Monopoly Go account was offloaded from my phone. When I downloaded the game again and tried to reconnect it to my Facebook account, a new account was created upon logging back into Facebook.
I need my old account back. I have made so many in-app purchases to reach my current level that I can't start over. I was also number one for the train event when I lost my account.
I have also sent a message via the game with no response. Please help me resolve my issue.

I am not able to join the Discord server. I have messaged customer service a number of times and havent gotten a reply from a HUMAN.
I am really disappointed because Monopoly GO! is a great game but the customer service is horrible. I enjoy playing the game a lot.
Without the Discord server I am not able to trade stickers, get updates on the game and much more. Please let me know if you have had this issue and let me know if there is anyway I can join.

I've been trying to contact support through the game and get no reply so I'm trying to email you through here I would like to get my account restored. when I log in now it says I have 0 progress and I was at level 17,000 something my game ID is 5350****.
So can you please remove the account that shows zero progress in a restore me back to where I was.
I've already lost out on the quick wins and the 5 star card I should have got Sunday. I have done nothing wrong to my account reset or even requested to have it reset.

I received an email stating I requested my game to be deleted and I didnt, I spent to much money and time to want it deleted and nobody will get back to me and phone number is disconnected.
