Gift card

I tried to ask about ordering a gift card on the phone and was told that was not possible, that I had to go to the store or order it online, and could not be given any additional information how to do it online. I even mentioned that I could not find how to do it and the guy who answered the phone did not know either.

Very frustrating website and the phone call was as well. Lost customer.

Your customer service is terrible. I bought some skates and ended up having surgery and could not use them till 2 weeks ago you would not do anything to help me out I have been a loyal customer in New Jersey that they know me by name now I will never spend a dime there again will go to pure hockey.

Lack of ethics

It makes me sick to my stomach to leave this review, but I cannot stay silent any longer. Most employees are nothing but professional, but there are some in this company who are not.

Each store in this company should check its inventory because there will, without a doubt, be some discrepancies. Employees outright stole merchandise from the store. Thousands of dollars worth of items and bragged about it afterward as if it were a big joke.

In good conscience, I felt like I had to say something. It is a shame because it is a great store other than the aforementioned reason.

Nasty supervisor at Irvine store

Braden Salesman - supervisor Monkey Sports Irvine. We drove an 1.5 this morning because our sons stick broke.

Under warranty til tomorrow. Called Saturday to make sure they had. Braden Salesman spoke to my husband said he had. He doesnt .

I asked what he was going to do about it and he said - he didnt want to help me. Thats disgusting for a salesperson let alone a supervisor.

Rude doesnt want to help me when he said he had the stick and then didnt have it
