At all cost stay away from this company. We had a salesman say there is no contract for us only for them NOT to raise the rates. Which of course they did. He said we can cancel at any time. They took advantage of my wife whule I was working out of state and he knew that. The cancellation policy is made very difficult to you. It does not end on 3 years. Moved Into a home with the system already installed was told by sales man I would just take over monthly payments unknown to me I was placed in a three-year contract I can not get out of and I never had anything installed. Very cricked sales team and company, bEWARE!!!!

My mother had this service and paid almost $100.00 per month. Her house caught fire in January 2015, sadly the system failed.
