My car is in permanent lockout and I need to get home
I was stuck with my car in permanent lockout.mode. Tried calling the "24/7 customer service".
Just to reach a voicemail. Have been stuck now over 2 hours.

I have been locked out of my device because I have to make an appointment for calibration but, I already have a service date for April.
Someone called me and sent me straight to a customer survey.

Verified ReviewerI need my vehicle to start; however, the device...
I need my vehicle to start; however, the device in the vehicle will not even turn on for me to initiate starting it. It (the device) was left in the vehicle attached for 5+ days, and the car was not driven - while I was fighting through COVID.
First thing I thought was to check the battery -- it's fully charged, however, the device will not turn itself on in order for me to begin the vehicle initiation process... Trying to pick my kids up for visitation this evening, and have to get the device to turn on in order to start the vehicle ignition process.It's about a 40 minute drive, there and then back. I must be there no later than 6:30 this evening. It's 4:53PM as I write this.
Hopefully it's informative and explains the situation, leading to a quicker troubleshooting and triage of the situation. Please let me know if there's any other information I can provide you. I will have my phone with me up until 5:30PM allowing for troubleshooting measures and triage of this problem My Apologies for the short notice. Obviously, this important to me and I thank you for understanding.
