moneysupermarket blocked me so completely that I could make any contact with them whatsoever. wwhen i click on their website i just get this:Access deniedYou do not have access to www.moneysupermarket.com.The site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site.

No problem up until the point of my complaint, which explains what happened. If I were to rate a complaint for severity, this would be the worst possible.

They even email me to invite me to check my credit rating score for June, but then i find I am completely blocked from accessing their website. It leaves me wondering what they think I have done wrong, and doing my financial reputation considerable harm.

They have been in contact and provided e mails etc for the insurer, but still take no responsibility that they were the agent and the law states they should be involved more productively in getting my refund back

They are the agent who I contacted for insurance. I chose flexicover and to date, 3 weeks after making a claim, have heard nothing. Contacted moneysupermarket and nothing from them as well, totally ignorant, unprofessional service but quick enough to take your money, avoid them
