Lack of communication

They have been in contact and provided e mails etc for the insurer, but still take no responsibility that they were the agent and the law states they should be involved more productively in getting my refund back

They are the agent who I contacted for insurance. I chose flexicover and to date, 3 weeks after making a claim, have heard nothing. Contacted moneysupermarket and nothing from them as well, totally ignorant, unprofessional service but quick enough to take your money, avoid them
