Card balance transfer

I did a credit card balance transfer and entered monthly pension as 2000 instead of yearly 24000. Can't seem to try again, not letting me past the decline. Please advise

Best regards, Mr Azam

Query - are Dreams Beds in Financial Difficulty??

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Dreams mattress order placed Wednesday; delivery details to follow.
  • - Attempts to contact by phone and chat failed; reply says 5 days; paid £329.

We placed an order of a mattress with Dreams on Wednesday and were told, after placing the order online, that a member of the team would be in touch with delivery details. We obviously need to know in order to be here for the delivery.

I have tried the online chat, email, phone and new customer order phoneline - and there is a recorded message on each saying there are technical difficulties. The phone line message just starts with 'exceptional customer demand hope to answer in approx 58 minutes'!! Held on for 20 minutes but the time delay just got longer! The reply to my email asked me not to contact them again by any method as my query now has a reference number (???) and they would be in touch within 5 DAYS !!!

The fact that i cannot get through by any method leads me to believe all is not well financially in Dreams World. Have you heard anything? Luckily, always using MSE advice, we paid on credit card so hopefully will be covered if we don't receive the service we have paid £329 for!!

Please let me know if there is any more we can do. We were just about to arrange disposal of old mattress so will hold off for now!
