Scam and no customer support
- - Signed up for the money pilot at $19.95; login shows no subscription.
- - Support emails were ignored; paid for subscription on 3/26 with no access.
Signed up for a month of money pilot at $19.95. I tried to login and it said "no subscription found".
I sent a receipt SIX times to the email support and never got back to me.
Cancelled the account but paid for subscription on 3/26 and I did not have access or could never get access so I paid for a week for nothing. No phone number and no other support besides an email.
Preferred solution: Full refund
