I have an ISA that matured on 8/5/26. The company has not been in touch as too what actions I need to take.

They suddenly started ignoring my chat enquiries about my LISA that they haven't yet updated on their app. I was at the *** of moving to another provider.
On calling after seeing their number on pissedconsumer, the person that answered the call and the subsequent person that she transferred the call to were super helpful in escalating and resolving the issue.
They went over and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved and the same. They were super professional

Beware I have been trying for months to get my money transferred from an ISA to another provider and am still waiting!
You cant call them as they have blocked incoming calls and Im at my wits end as to what to do next. I will keep preserving until they return to me what is mine, even if I have to go down the small claims route.
Hopefully no one else has any issues

I don't have any issue with moneybox, I phoned up spoke to a very nice gentleman regarding my concerns he gave good advice which I took on board and I'm currently waiting for the new year to start so I can begin my transfer to moneybox.

Isa transfer problem
- - Name change provided, name remains wrong.
- - ISA transfers are being sent under wrong name; name must match Caroline Lindley Dewhurst; call 0790265****.
Having asked for a name chNge and providing certificate of marriage tgey still spelled my name wrong. Therefore isa not transferred so will chose another provider. Ihave asked you to request a isa transfer to my isa with you but you kerp sending it out in the wrong name.
My full name which needs to match exactly is Caroline Lindley Dewhurst
