I am posting this review on behalf of my employer regarding our experience with Montix Group. We strongly caution anyone considering this company.
Our experience was extremely negative from start to finish. We purchased touchscreen credit card readers that never worked properly. The system would shut down without warning and, even worse, it continued to charge customers the minimum fee ($3) even when the service wasn't fully used. This created repeated issues with our customers and impacted our business reputation.
We also experienced overcharging and ongoing system failures that were never resolved. Despite multiple attempts to get support, we did not receive meaningful help or accountability. As a result, we are out over $8,000 due to faulty equipment and related losses. We ultimately had to switch providers.
Since moving to KryptoPay, we have had zero issues, which clearly shows the difference in reliability. This was not a minor inconvenience; this was a costly, ongoing failure.
We would strongly advise others to avoid Montix Group and consider alternative providers. If anyone has questions about our experience, my employer would be willing to speak directly and share more details to help others avoid the same situation.
