Problems with Orders and Instagram and Facebook messenger chats have not been replied to
- - High-priced items promised as high quality; two orders flawed; compensation sought.

These are high-priced and supposed to be high-quality items, but I had a problem with two orders that I'm finding very difficult to get a hold of customer service for compensation for my trouble. No customer service number is available anywhere for me to call, and they keep ignoring my messages on social. I am very frustrated with the lack of customer service.
