Waiting to speak with customer service for 2 hours
I booked a ticket with Mondee https://app.mondee.com/ (formally TripPlannet) and the ticket status was Processing ( Ticket ordered ) for almost 1 week so I tried contacting the customer service and the big issue was I am not able to reach them. I was waiting on the phone for 2 hours to speak with some one. I tried all channels chat, phone also email but no one was speaking.
