You charged my account even though I canceled it

Dear Monarch,

On Sunday, June 16, I signed up for a free 7-day trial. But when I found that your app could not correctly download investments from all my TIAA accounts, I immediately canceled my membership and then deleted the account as per your instructions.

Nonetheless, I now find that you have charged my Wells Fargo Visa $99.99 for a one-year membership -- which I couldn't access even if I wanted to, since my account no longer exists.

Please cancel that charge and issue a refund back to the Visa card.

Please note that I do not have an order number or contract ID; I simply have the item number from my credit card: #244****HT0003XMRK.

UPDATE, JUNE 18

Two hours after receiving this note through PissedConsumer.com, Monarch Money had refunded the erroneous charge to my credit card. My congratulations to the Monarch team for their quick response -- and to PissedConsumer for helping make it happen.
