Don't buy from this company
I bought a pregnancy pillow and with shipping cost me $70. Within a week the stuffing was coming out of the pillow and after one wash, the pillow case shrunk so bad, it didn't fit the pillow anymore and the zipper broke. I contacted them company and initially they said they would send me a new one. I said due to the poor quality, I did not want a replacement, I wanted a full refund - including shipping. Since then I have heard nothing from the company. Definitely would never use them again. As the other commenter said, you can only email the company and there is no phone number. A complete scam. I'll chalk up the $77 to the "pregnancy brain".

MOMMA BABY GEAR IS A FRAUD
I purchased a diaper bag from this company and it never arrived so I asked for a refund. The item was shipped direct from China and tracking info shows that it was delivered to the 'front door' at 11:08 p.m. on a Saturday night, however, that is totally impossible b/c I had the package sent to my office address, which is a WAREHOUSE in an industrial area w/a roll-up gate - NO FRONT DOOR. My office is only open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays so those are the only days/times packages can be received. Also, we don't have a 'front door' where packages can be left - we have a roll up gate where we ship and receive every day. I receive packages from all over the world on a daily basis and USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL would never leave a package outside of an industrial building at 11:08 p.m. on a Saturday night!!! In fact, they would all leave a call tag advising that delivery was attempted, along w/the option to pick up the package at their facility. When I emailed Momma Baby Gear's support team to let them know about the problem, I advised that this was a time-sensitive baby shower gift for my sister and asked them to expedite a replacement to me. Instead of doing that, they looked at the tracking number online which shows that the package was delivered, then asked me to contact USPS myself to find out what was going on. I had already contacted USPS and they told me that they did not have the package, and that they would not leave outside at 11:08 p.m. on a Saturday night. They told me to file a claim w/Momma Baby Gear. I told Momma Baby Gear all of this info, they then had the audacity to ask why I didn't have the package sent to my home address, assuming that I live in a house where packages can be delivered? I live in an urban area of Los Angeles, CA - packages have been stolen off my front porch on numerous occasions so it is safer to have them delivered to my office. At this point, Momma Baby Gear has not taken any accountability and has not put me in touch w/a supervisor after I requested them to do so many times, then they had the audacity to send me a gift card and told me that I should 'maybe' reorder the item and have it shipped to my home address - which I already told them is impossible! The only way to contact this company is to email support@***.com - there is no phone # and the person who I spoke w/is named Megan George. This company claims to be in the US w/a factory in Hong Kong, however, that's all I could find. I never received my product and the company stated that it's their policy to issue a gift card - but that's wrong! Their company policy is to issue a gift card for RETURNS - BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM! BE WARNED, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU CAN FIND SIMILAR PRODUCTS ON AMAZON PRIME FOR HALF THE PRICE, JUST GO THERE!
