I have been with Momentum now for just over 3 years, I have sent them a numerous amount of emails and attempted phone calls trying to get in contact with someone to help me... Still haven't had anyone contact me back regarding my problem. My monthly payments have also increases by R2000 without any notice or reasoning! I'm so pissed off with Momentum, I would recommend not using them as their costumer service ranges from shocking to non-existent. They are terrible with following up, giving out information, basically everything. If you want to feel like a valued paying costumer then momentum is definitely not for you.
