They won't pay me my retirement payments

I am retired and rely on my pension payments to get by. I have to request my payments each year and did so for the most recent 4 months ago. I still have not received the payment and Momentum is blaming the delay on the COVID, which only started two months ago so I don't see how that's the problem. It is an electronic payment, why can't they pay it?
