Flu shot double billed
I got a flu shot at Walmart and paid on the spot. SIX MONTHS later I get a bill from this company asking for payment. I think this could be a trend and am reporting to the Montana State dept of consumer fraud. I got a flu shot at Walmart and paid on the spot. Mollen offers Flu shots Not Free Shots
Nurses at Mollen Immunization do not have any idea what insurances patients have as primary. For years Medicare was just about every seniors primary insurance, but times have changed. As long as the patient provides proper insurance verification and the Services are covered, the shots are at no cost to the patient. You, as the patient need to know what your primary insurance is and what services are covered. Mollen Nurses DON'T Know this Info. There ain't nothing Free in this world. But you wanna stay healthy so Visit your local Walmart and Sams Clubs and get immunized.

Mollen Clinic Nurse Shifts
I applied with Mollen Clinic last flu season and was never contacted. This year I was contacted and the same day I received an email to complete my paperwork I did it within an hour. I received another email stating to send over additional paperwork, and I sent it immediately. I never heard back from Mollen so I decided to call to see what went on with my paperwork to complete my training. I immediately received an email and completed two hours worth of training for NO SHIFTS in my area!!!!! Don't waste your time with all the paperwork and training because you will not get any shifts in your area!

CLIENTS! STAY AWAY FROM MOLLEN IMMUNIZATION CLINICS
They are definitely engaged in unethical and corrupt business practices. What they do is even when the employer states they will cover for costs of their participants in their companies , schools, churches etc.. they still require the participants to bring their insurance cards. What they do is they bill and charge your insurance, then they collect once again from the employer/employer's insurance. Having two relatives as pharmacists for Walmart stores, I think it's wise for them and for other Walmart employees to mention this to their corporate office. They are scamming the consumers and robbing them blind on behalf of the organization that hosts their disorganized and poorly managed clinics. Report them to the BBB, Attorney General Office, and consumer advocate offices. This inappropriate business practice has to STOP. Let's not forget all the mercury content compiled in those vaccines that are most likely made in china !

Mollen Immunization Clinics rips off consumers
These traveling clinics deny that they accept your insurance (an outright lie) and require you to pay in full for flu shots. When you submit the bill to your insurance company, you find out that Mollen IS a "network" provider and is under a pre-negotiated rate contract with your insurer, and therefore you can only get reimbursed for the pre-negotiated rate (which is ~40% less than what you actually paid). Mollen's will not reimburse the difference, even with the assistance of your insurance carrier. They are nothing but cheap scam artists preying on consumers. I urge everyone to stay away from Mollen Immunization Clinics. Do NOT do business with them. If you must deal with them, DO NOT believe anything they say; Get everything they tell you in writing; and don't sign anything or pay for anything in cash.

Mollen immunization clinics are a fraud
do not apply to work for this company they advertise they are hiring nurses for the flu shot season they hire you and have you put in your paper work and have you go thru some tedious computer training and promises you that you will get shifts from them but they never give you any shifts.they use a computer system to do shift scheduling when they claim they send a email that shifts are posted that day there are none.when you call them they give you a backwards excuse that they posted shifts and that i would have to check back periodically throughout the day. People have lives to live we don't have time to stay on the Internet and wait for them to allegedly post shifts i applied the beginning of august and still not shift now when i call them no answer or they have a different excuse. do not apply to this company they are a fraud.

"Free" isn't "Free
My wife and I had flu shots at the local WalMart (store #1765) provided my Mollen Immunization Clinics on 10/10/2009. We were both reassured that it would be at no charge to us. They asked us to see our insurance cards, which we did, and we were told that they accepted all Blue Cross / Blue Shield cards. We each got a bill for $28.00. I called their 877-279-**** and talked to a Heather at ext.333. She confirmed that they do take all Blue Cross/Blue Shield policies and we were told to disregard the bill. If we had any other problems, to contact her. Several months later, we each got another bill for $28.00, stating that this was our second notice. I called Heather and she said to disregard this bill. It was a billing error and she apologized. We both recently got another bill, our third notice, for $28.00 each. I contacted Heather once again and this time she said that it was a valid bill. There was a mis-communication between BC/BS and that I had to pay the $56.00. This was advertised as a FREE Flu Shot. We double checked to make sure that it was free. They checked our insurance info and confirmed that we would owe nothing. I have sent them a check for $56.00 so that I would not be sent to collections. I thought that "Free" meant "at no charge". This is false advertising. We asked for them to verify everything. They did. They told us to disregard 2 bills, and now it is a valid bill? An error in their part should constitute us having to pay for something they said was free. (Heather said that my wife and myself have an "individual" policy with BC/BS--it is not individual--it is a group policy through my employer. They do not cover "individual" policies.)

Not true...computer doesn't recognize which is the primary insurance. It will accept either primary or secondary when entered into the system.
The Patient needs to know which is primary.
If not, I must call Billing department and "Hold" for a long time while they check to see if Medicare is primary. It can be a real problem figuring out primary.
No it doesn't tell you if it's primary. It just processes it and tell you if there is a copay .....there is no way it can possibly know that.
These clinics suck.
They scammed me out of my pay! :( :cry :(
I'm sorry but you are wrong to say that we do not know if our patients insurance is primary or secondary. When we process our customer's insurance information, if it is not their primary insurance, the computer system that we use during our clinics will tell us and then we ask for their primary insurance information to proceed.
