This company committed to a certain price on filters but continue to increase the price!! They claim they made the filter "better" but have taken the original filter OFF the market FORCING people to pay more for their "new and improved" filter.

It is the responsibility of the company to improve their product as needed. Their filters are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced and you are FORCED to replace them when the unit tells you to. They make a substantial profit on these filters already so these price increases are just GREED BASED, and take advantage of existing customers. There is no way to maintain any type of budget regarding these purifiers because the company can just increase prices and charge customers what they want to.

And forget about talking to someone who: 1. Speaks clear English 2. Has the knowledge to answer your questions. 3.

Is empowered to handle your issue.

I have emails confirming a specific price for filters for the units I own and yet they have arbitrarily increased the prices of my filters!!! I have repeatedly requested a call from a senior member of management, even had one "scheduled" to which NO ONE bothered to actually call me. All I keep getting is the stupid emails that say "type above this line" with absolutely NO resolution. I am FED UP with this company and am ready to pack up and return ALL 9 purifiers I have.

I am a doctor that specialized in environmental medicine.

I am also ready to start sharing this BS with everyone so they do not engage with this lackluster company. Customer service IS everything today.

Preferred solution: A call back from a senior member of management to discuss why they are not honoring the email commitment they made to me.

User's recommendation: I would choose another brand of air purifier and thoroughly research their customer service response
