Wanting to purchase a rug
- The rug was said to be in stock but required going to Lowe's.
- Lowe's said it wasn't in the system.
- No follow-up and no resolution.
I was asking about where to but a rug you said you had in stock. They said I had to go to Lowes to get it.
Went to Lowes nd they no longer have in system. Called back to see how we could get me this rug. Told me someone else from a different department would have to call me.
They never did. Absolutely no resolution.
