the MOHAVE Comunity colege hired me to do several jobs for them and they knew that I did have a utah Contractors license because of the other three jobs that I done for them and on the forth tile remodel the chief financial officer sonny marbury came in and said that she needed an roc number but one week before that they called me and said that I could not do the tile job for them and then about a week and a half they called and said that it will be ok for me to do the job I asked them if they were ok with me haveing a utah general contractors license and they said sure it will be ok the roc cant bother the colege we dont even need to get permits to build the roc cant ever even come on the colege property it is a government facility they dont have any juristiction on colege property so I thought that it would be ok because of the risiprocity law that had just came so that if you are a contractor in ut then it wouldnt be a problem to work in arizona well I got the demo all done and over 3/4 of the tile work done and they said that they needed to see an roc number and we sat down in sonny marbury s office and she called the roc even after she and four other peaple had knew that I did not have an arizona license and they all said ok you can do this job with a signature they knew that the situation was that I only had a utah license and not a az license including the president well when sonny marbury made me stop the tile when almost all of the floors were complete she then created a hostile envirement and started calling me names and saying that the job was not worth 14,000 dollars and she said I will pay you get me a reciepte so I tryed to take the measurements and she kept following me around calling me illeagle and saying that I was a crimanal amoung other things like when I tryed to tell her that the tile was good enouph and that it with all of the matierals would meet the ansi stanaid I am going to call the roc and tell them you are illeagle the reason that she was causing such a fuss is because shewas haveing problems with the IRS>;;;here she is sonny marbury working for the MOHAVE COMUNITY COLEGE in KINGMAN ARIZONA and makeing these disitions for the colege and the students at the colege and she is controleing the money for them and she cant even control her own money as it appears she did not keep up with her own taxes so if she cant handle her taxes how can she handle public funds that is our tax dollars and I think that peaple should know who the CFO for the colege is and that she should nt be handeling public funds and treating peaple the way that she treated me on the day she stopped the work from being compleated and I have the proof to back up every thing that I am saying and wittneses to these facts she treated me terrible that day and I have never done any thing to her ever she caused me a lot of trouble and the court case that she concockded did not even hold any merrit and was dismissed and I say shame on mohave comunity colege for sighning and saying from five different peaple that work for MOHAVE Comunity colege and they knew that I only had a utah license and as a matter of fact the colege has hired many peaple and other contractors some that didnt ever have a license at all what a sham they just did not want to pay for the work that was done SHAME on MOHAVE COMUNITY COLEGE and I will do the best that I can to sue the xcolege and sonny marbury for damages that were caused by this if I can but I do know that when I am right and as long as I know that I am I would gladly go to the court house on these alegations that I am makeing because the president of the colege did tell sonny to cut me a check and she diliberatly disobeyed his order and called the roc and she and all of them knew this stuff before hand they should have told me no and infact I didnt ever call them they called me to do the work from utah and all that I gave them at that time was a kingman city license to do buisness in kingman az I feel that if the colege does not pay me then this is my intent to sue the MOHAVE COMUNITY COLEGE
